Following the success of Serocee's Oh Na Na remix, I decided to follow up with another rice n peas remix this time using Fresharda's 20-1-1 written and recorded during the recent Tottenham Riots.

I decided to link back to broadwater farm riots of 1985, hence the use of Tempo Riddim. Anthony Red Rose's "Tempo" was no.1 in the singles chart on Oct 6th 1985 here in the UK. Hope you enjoy and feel free to drop me some feedback

Classic Tune Of The Week

This week my classic comes the crown prince of reggae - Mr Dennis Brown, "Hand Writings on the Wall" taken of the "Love Will Find A Way" Album, this is defo a favorite with me (although I could name at least another 10). This song was recently sampled by Chino on his tune "Handwritings" so I'm sure its familiar to most of you, and if you follow Sound Clashes the riddim is often used by my favorite sound Bass Oddessey.

Following the success of the 1st one, this wednesday sees the lauch event for isssue no 2 of Dancehall Zine No Ice Cream.

As someone who loved the first one, I thought I'd share the details of launch nite so you can get yourselves down to Shacklewell Arms this wednesday and pick up a copy!

Classic Tune Of The Week

Every week I'm going to be posting a classic tune of the week.

This weeks entry comes from the legend that is Supercat. I played this at Big Chill over the weekend and both me & my host for the evening (The Legend in his own right Mr Williamz) both shared the same sentiment that this tune was dedicated to all the sexy ladies and urged the guys to take note of the opening line
